The sources behind the answers

The assistant searches only the platform's own register. Every layer has a published address, an official source and a read date, so an answer can always be traced back to the row it rests on.

The layers in the register

  • Swedish law: 52 acts with reference number, legal area and entry into force.
  • Case law: 13 437 rulings from 18 courts, with case number and legal question.
  • EU law: 32 acts and 1 798 article rows at article level.
  • US law: 72 rule sets, plus rulings in the dedicated judgment register.
  • Supervision: 22 authorities with remit and source.

How the register stays fresh

  • Every layer carries its own read date, never a build date. A changed date means the row was actually re-read.
  • The change journal accounts for the day's published changes, row by row, at its own address.
  • The freshness figure shows how close each layer is to a re-read.

The NovaCopilot models

The decision model

In: A role, a legal act and the situation in plain words.

Out: The obligations that reach the role, the article behind them and what remains.

When: When the question is whether a requirement applies to you, and why.

The difference model

In: A checksum already used and the date of the last reading.

Out: What changed since then: checksum, reading date, passed deadline and rows to revisit.

When: When earlier work is reused and has to be checked first.

The obligation model

In: A legal act or an article, with or without a role filter.

Out: The obligation in the register's wording, the role it reaches, canonical address and reading date.

When: When the answer has to be citable article by article.

Source registers

The same material as registers, with read date and source on every row.

FAQ

Where do the rows come from?
From the platform's own registers, which in turn point at the official source: the statute book, the courts' rulings and the EU legal act register.
How do I know how old an entry is?
Every row carries the read date of its layer, and the change journal shows what was re-read most recently.
